Curriculum Management
Maintaining control over the educational offerings and ensuring consistency of information across various systems poses a challenge for different programs. SQill provides a single source of truth for the curriculum and can facilitate information for processes further down the chain, such as student administration, scheduling, and a study guide.
Study Guide
With the SQill study guide, you inform students about the educational offerings in a contemporary manner. This provides insight into the composition of programs, courses, minors, elective options, extracurricular activities, and (external) LLL (Live Long Learning) offerings as provided by the institution.

Academy Attendance
Attendance Registration
For certain workshops, labs, or skill-based courses, there is often a (partial) attendance policy in higher education. Academy Attendance efficiently manages this for large groups of students, directly from the LMS or by scanning a QR code. Results are visible in the gradebook and can also be transferred to the SIS as a final grade.
Colloquium Points
As part of graduation requirements or extracurricular activities, there is often a 'points system' in place. When a certain number of points is achieved, students can proceed to receive their diploma or complete a specific component. Academy Attendance provides visibility into this by assigning points to activities that are registered (attendance) and administered (management and registration).
